Chris Alldredge is the Director of Curriculum and Certification and is responsible for developing all training curriculum that supports and facilitates School Improvement Network’s clients’ success in integrating Edivation into their processes and culture to meet school and district mission-critical objectives. He also manages the development of curriculum, training, and authentic assessments that certify others to deliver training and other services on School Improvement Network’s behalf.
Chris has 20 years of experience in education. Chris was a classroom teacher and a district lead technology trainer in a large, suburban district, Alpine School District, in Utah. As the district lead technology trainer, Chris was responsible for developing and delivering training to empower the district’s 2,500 educators to integrate technology into instructional practices. Chris developed online training resources for the Utah Education Network. Chris also has experience as a senior manager for K-12 technology companies such as Apple and Pearson. Chris has been instrumental in creating the training models and curriculum to support state-wide software implementation initiatives for Pearson in South Carolina and for School Improvement Network in Kentucky and Idaho. During Chris’ tenure with both Apple and Pearson, Chris was rated “top trainer” at PowerSchool University twelve years consecutively and was one of the most frequently-requested trainers by clients. While at Pearson, Chris created and delivered training offerings about implementing and supporting the Common Core and co-developed a custom add-on to PowerSchool that allows teachers to see student process on Common Core standards at-a-glance. This training course and custom add-on software is used by several school districts across the United States. Recently, Chris was certified to train for grading guru, Ken O’Connor, and has delivered grading workshops on Mr. O’Connor’s behalf.
Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Space EdVentures Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes STEM education through experiential, simulation-based learning.
Chris holds a Master of Arts in Education degree in Educational Counseling from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Southern Utah University.
